Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia is seeking an experienced Product Manager/IT Project Manager to drive product strategy and oversee IT projects within a banking environment. You will translate business needs into technical specs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery with strict data governance.

The role requires deep banking process knowledge, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Python/SQL to interpret complex datasets and support regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in IT, specifically as a Product Manager or IT Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of general banking IT infrastructure and data management.
• Proficient in Python and/or SQL to manage and interpret complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitor products to keep SeaBank Indonesia's offerings competitive.
• Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
• Coordinate with business units and technical teams to ensure seamless feature development.
• Monitor the development lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed framework.
• Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with relevant business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular data quality audits, specifically for personal data and periodic regulatory reporting.
• Implement data masking to protect customer PII and ensure strict access control.
• Manage system issues and customer feedback, ensuring all problems are resolved according to the established SLA.
• Create and execute follow-up plans for any data quality-related incidents.
