PT KB Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) is seeking a Credit Policy & Risk Analytics Manager to lead the development and evaluation of credit policies and risk analytics, ensuring effective risk management, healthy credit performance, and sustainable business growth.

The role focuses on building and improving credit policy, parameterization, and risk measurement frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk mitigation and portfolio quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in credit policy, risk analytics, or portfolio analytics.
• Experience in banking, multifinance, fintech, or financial services preferred.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of credit policies and procedures.
• Evaluate policy performance and identify opportunities to improve credit quality.
• Develop credit risk analysis frameworks, tools, and performance measures.
• Monitor portfolio quality and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Provide risk-related input on risk appetite, pricing, and models.
• Lead review of allowances/provisions based on PD/LGD models.
• Conduct industry benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Credit Scoring, MIS, IT, Finance, and other functions to drive initiatives.
