Responsibilities

• Review and verify completeness, validity, and authenticity of credit and collateral documents.
• Prepare and review credit agreements, collateral binding agreements, notarial deeds, and related legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, Bank Indonesia, and OJK regulations and internal policies.
• Provide legal opinions and recommendations on credit documentation and collateral matters.
• Coordinate with business units, Credit Operations, notaries, and other parties to ensure proper execution of binding processes.
