Job summary

Amar Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the completeness of legal and administrative documentation prior to loan disbursement and to execute the disbursement process per approved credit decisions and Credit Agreement.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to process credit disbursement activities accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Disbursement, Loan Operations, or related banking operations.
• Proficient in AS400 Core Banking System and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with banking regulatory reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving.

Job description

In this position, you plays a critical role in the Bank's credit disbursement process. You will ensure the completeness of legal and administrative documentation prior to loan disbursement and execute the disbursement process in accordance with approved credit decisions and the terms outlined in the Credit Agreement.

You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all credit disbursement activities are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify the completeness of legal and administrative documents prior to credit disbursement.
• Prepare credit disbursement instructions based on approved credit decisions and limit provisions.
• Ensure each credit disbursement is executed in accordance with the approved credit decision and Credit Agreement (both hardcopy and softcopy documentation).
• Distribute transaction evidence to relevant work units in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries related to asset status and credit transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of credit disbursement activities.
• Implement risk management practices within the assigned work unit in accordance with the Bank's policies and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and applicable banking regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Disbursement, Loan Operations, or a related banking operations function.
• Good understanding of credit disbursement processes and loan documentation.
• Proficient in AS400 Core Banking System and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with banking regulatory reporting standards and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work accurately under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
