Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking a detail-oriented credit control specialist to manage daily dashboards for regular and margin transactions, and to monitor payment behavior and margin calls. The role involves risk assessment at both company and client levels and preparing regulatory reports.

You will respond promptly to client and internal inquiries as part of a proactive risk-management team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, knowledge of credit control principles, and

• Familiarity with current Credit Control tools and techniques.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily dashboard reports for regular and margin transactions.
• Monitor regular clients for late payments and force sale risks.
• Monitor margin clients for margin calls and force sale ratios.
• Monitor credit risk exposure at company and client levels.
• Prepare margin stock valuation based on IDX marginable list.
• Prepare and report regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to client and internal enquiries.

Job description

• Prepare the daily dashboard report contains regular and margin transaction
• Daily monitoring of regular client on the late payment and force sell
• Daily monitoring of margin client on the margin call and force sell ratio
• Daily monitoring on credit risk exposure at company level and client level
• Prepare margin stock valuation based on the marginable list issued by IDX
• Prepare and report regulatory requirement
• Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries

Requirements:

• Relevant academic qualification with minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge of Credit Control principles and practices.
• Strong investigatory abilities and mind-set.
• Understanding of current Credit Control tools and techniques.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Have WPPE License
