Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Jakarta is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the Credit Risk Team. The role focuses on detecting fraud, assessing applications, verifying documents, and minimizing risk while ensuring policy compliance.

Based in Tomang, West Jakarta, the on-site position requires 1 year of experience, a preferred bachelor’s degree (diploma accepted), and willingness to work in shifts to support operations. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Credit Analyst (preferably with Phone Verification)
• Bachelor degree preferred, diploma accepted
• Good knowledge in Credit Analysis, Fraud Anomalies, etc.

• Conduct Phone Verification to verify customer’s data and documents
• Maintain data request reviewer
• Ensure all procedures follow policy

• Conduct Phone Verification to verify customer’s data and documents
• Maintenance data request reviewer
• Make sure all procedures are followed accordingly based on policy.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.

Qualifications

• Having 1 year of experience as Credit Analyst (preferably having experience in Phone Verification)
• Having bachelor degree is preferred, but having diploma degree is also welcome
• Having good knowledge in Credit Analyst, Fraud Anomalies, etc
• Placement in Tomang, West Jakarta
• Willingly to work under shifting arrangement
• Willingly to join ASAP
