Job summary

SeaBank Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a qualified Credit Analyst to assess credit applications, verify collateral, and ensure documentation compliance. You will perform on-the-spot verifications and prepare analysis for the Credit Decision Committee.

The role requires 3+ years in banking, strong communication, and ability to analyze financial reports, litigation awareness, and adherence to risk criteria. You will coordinate with related units and report on DPD and maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Economics/Management/Law.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in banking industry.
• Understand financial report analysis.
• Understand the litigation and credit process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure credit documents have been completed.
• Conduct on the spot (OTS) to verify real conditions and collateral.
• Analyze credit applications and credit analysis documents (Perangkat Analisa Kredit) and Disposition Sheet regarding the PAK Proposal for approval by the Credit Decision Committee.
• Prepare reports on 3 Pillar analysis and Early Warning for debtors above IDR 1 billion and coordinate with related units.
• Monitor the four eyes principles analysis results.
• Select debtors according to Risk Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinate analysis results with proposer and credit decision-making committee.
• Prepare DPD (Day Past Due) & Maturity Reports.

• Conduct analysis of credit applications and credit analysis documents specifically Credit Analysis Tool (Perangkat Analisa Kredit), and Disposition Sheet regarding the PAK Proposal to be approved by members of the Credit Decision Committee.
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare reports on the results Analysis of the 3 Pillar and Early Warning of debtors above IDR 1 billion to the head of the Credit Analyst department and coordinate with related units
• Monitor the results of the four eyes principles analysis.
• Selecting debtor referring to the provisions of the Risk Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinate the results of the four eyes principles Analysis to the proposer and credit decision-making committee.
• Prepare DPD (Day Past Due) & Maturity Reports.
