Job summary

TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is seeking a Creator Strategic Operation Specialist for Indonesia. The role focuses on managing BPO operations, coordinating with product and partner teams, and driving growth for self-operated live streams.

You will work in a semi-consignment setup to empower small and medium sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in strategy or strategic operations, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Bahasa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Experience in strategy, strategic analysis, or business strategic operations.
• Strong structured thinking, analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate insights into concrete business solutions.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational management of the BPO team, including setting performance targets, designing incentive mechanisms, conducting regular review meetings with BPO agencies, performing in-depth analysis on key metric anomalies, and driving actionable solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams on new feature design and BPO workflow integration; proactively identify operational pain points and propose product-driven solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Support internal cross-team initiatives, including facilitating communication and collaboration between the creator side and seller BD teams to ensure effective information flow between creators and sellers.
• Coordinate with external agency partners to support self-operated live stream operations, including live monitoring, co-developing product selection and advertising strategies with agencies, and driving GMV growth of self-operated live streams.
