Job summary

Hepmil Indonesia is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead the creator partnerships network across SEA. You will mentor the partnerships team, drive creator acquisition and engagement, and develop scalable programs for creators and channels.

The role focuses on delivering impactful collaborations with international stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of MCN or talent management experience, strong social platform knowledge, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in MCN or influencer/creator management.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and mentor the influencer partnerships team for creator acquisition, engagement and development.
• Lead the team to scale the network and refine creator acquisition strategies.
• Develop scalable education programs and partnerships for creators.
