Job summary

TikTok LIVE in Southeast Asia is seeking an Education Project Intern to support creator education, content strategies, and community growth. The role offers hands-on experience with live streaming platforms, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic team.

The internship targets BS/MS students with strong English skills, analytical mindset, and a passion for mobile entertainment and pop culture. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Passionate about live streaming internationalization, mobile entertainment, social media, and pop culture.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to effectively drive project implementation and completion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creator education and training; provide systematic education to creators, helping them understand and familiarize themselves with international short video platforms, live streaming features, and platform policies.
• Develop growth paths and content strategies for creators, monitor their live streaming performance, and assist in improving their data and content quality.
• Build and manage online communities, recruit and operate creators, and provide ongoing support and communication to accelerate creator growth and uplift.
• Analyze community creator data and feedback to identify issues, then implement feasible solutions or activities to enhance creator engagement and revenue metrics.
