Job summary

Odoo Indonesia is seeking a Creative Video Designer to produce high-quality videos, graphics, motion, animation and other visual content that align with our brand. You will be involved in the full creative process from ideation to production and delivery—creating content that enhances our product marketing across channels.

You will collaborate with different departments, contribute to photo retouching and graphic design, and help bring Odoo's visual identity to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics/Animation software (After Effects and Blender 3D) is a must.
• Experience with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and Figma.
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong portfolio of video editing and motion graphics work.
• Ability to work on video projects across APAC regions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Ability to deliver on deadlines within a team.

Responsibilities

• Create video edits, motion graphics, and post-production for marketing content.
• Support video production: studio setup, lighting, shooting, and coordination.
• Design static assets, photo retouching, and other graphic design tasks for marketing.

Job description

As a Creative Video Designer at Odoo Indonesia, you will produce high-quality videos, graphics, motion, animation and other visual content that align with our brand.

You will be involved in the full creative process from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery—creating content that enhances our product marketing efforts across various channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to other creative projects, such as photo retouching and graphic design, helping to bring Odoo's visual identity to life.

• Video & Motion Graphics: 60% of your workload will focus on video editing, motion graphics, post-production, and creating engaging visual content for product marketing, customer testimonials, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
• Filming & Production: 30% of your workload will involve supporting and participating in the video production process, including studio setup, filming, lighting, basic production coordination, customer testimonials, webinars, and other onsite shoots.
• Traditional Graphic Design: 10% of your workload will involve creating static visual assets, photo retouching, and supporting other graphic design needs across marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English
• Proficiency in using Motion Graphic and Animation software (Adobe After Effects and Blender 3D) is a must
• Experienced in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Adobe Illustrator) and Figma
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording equipment
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphic skills
• Ability to work on video projects with diverse languages and culture across APAC region
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize creative ideas and feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a team environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with YouTube Live, OBS, and live-streaming platforms
• Knowledge of a 3D package (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, etc.)
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry design standards and trends
