The role requires transforming inspiration into well-executed concepts from inception to final styling.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual taste, possesses leadership and collaboration skills, and can translate ideas into practical executions across floral and interior contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for Jasmine Florist & Jasmine Maison.
• Lead styling for floral arrangements, homes, interiors, showrooms, installations and events.
• Create moodboards, styling concepts and visual references for projects.
• Develop distinctive floral and décor concepts.
• Guide and collaborate with the creative team from concept development through final execution.
• Source and select flowers, furniture, home accessories, décor pieces, props and materials.
• Develop concepts and styling for photoshoots, campaigns and brand content.
• Maintain consistency in the visual identity and aesthetic standards of the brands.
• Stay current with trends in floral design, interiors, home décor, lifestyle and visual merchandising.
• Continuously bring fresh ideas and contribute to creative growth.
