Job summary

SKINTIFIC, a fast-growing beauty company in Southeast Asia, seeks a highly creative Social Media Specialist to develop and execute engaging content strategies, manage our social channels, and strengthen brand awareness across digital platforms.

You will stay on top of trends, plan content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads and WhatsApp, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive engagement, views and customer acquisition through copy, visuals and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing/management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in strategy, content planning, and trend analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting to create scripts/content driving engagement and awareness.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, leadership, and project management.
• Experience in community management, influencer partnerships, and campaign optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving engagement and brand awareness.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
• Portfolio showing graphic design and creative projects.
• Develop content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Threads and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices and bring new ideas.
• Prepare insight reports with recommendations and refine content strategy from data and audience insights.
• Run regular audits of content and strategy to stay on plan and maintain positive brand sentiment.
• Track performance using social media metrics, including engagement rate and follower growth.
• Support planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions and contests.
• Promote content across networks and actively monitor engagement.
• Plan and manage paid social ads within the marketing budget.
• Post content on schedule and adjust the content plan and posting times for maximum engagement.
