Job summary

Boleh Dicoba Digital in Bandung seeks a senior Creative Director to lead the Performance Creative team and drive outstanding work.

You will ensure outputs meet client objectives, brand guidelines, and agency standards, while providing direction and final review for client deliverables.

Collaborate with Strategy, Accounts, and Project Leads to translate campaign strategies into impactful executions and mentor the team toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative role with 2+ years leading a team.
• Agency experience in digital marketing or advertising preferred.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality digital creative work.
• Solid branding, digital content, and performance marketing understanding.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across Strategy, Accounts, and Projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
