Responsibilities

• Define and implement the creative strategy for the studio with senior leaders.
• Motivate and influence the creative team to strive for excellence.
• Oversee quality of copy & design through internal reviews and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of all jobs and projects to meet client expectations.
• Proactively explore innovative ways to deliver creative services and efficiency.
• Organize team meetings, forward planning and work reviews.
• Mentor staff and drive professional development with SMART targets.
• Act as brand guardian to ensure adherence to client guidelines.
