Qualifications

• Proven experience as Creative Group Head or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong art-based creative background with a highly developed visual and conceptual sense.
• Proven experience in developing and executing activation campaigns.
• Experienced in guiding operational and on-ground production and materials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience with age-restricted categories is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficient in English with confidence presenting concepts to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Driven to produce measurable, impactful, and award-winning work.

Responsibilities

• Translate the agency’s creative vision into measurable, outstanding, and award-winning work.
• Lead the creative development process from client brief, conceptualization, and brainstorming through to final execution and delivery.
• Develop and apply strong conceptual strategies, guiding creative teams to generate fresh, relevant ideas.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams with clear direction and motivation.
• Prioritize project activities, establish timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams.
• Provide timely feedback and creative direction while managing client and partner expectations.
• Collaborate with team leaders to manage scope, progress, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Identify scope changes and new business opportunities within clients’ organizations.
• Maintain effective communication between the creative team, management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Work with activation and production teams to translate ideas into real-world executions.
