Job summary

POSe, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop branding assets for digital and print, create marketing materials, and design UI for web and mobile platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams, with responsibility for internal and external communications.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of UI Design, branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiar with preparing artwork for both digital and print production.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual assets to strengthen branding across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Create marketing materials for campaigns, social media, digital ads, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging UI for web and mobile applications.
• Produce internal corporate materials such as collateral, operational materials, and event assets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver visual solutions.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, asset generation, and production efficiency.
• Edit short-form videos and simple motion graphics to support campaigns.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines for digital and print production.
