Cult Suri, a fast-growing women's fashion and accessories brand expanding across Indonesia and into Southeast Asia, is looking for a Creative Designer to own the visual world behind our growth - photoshoots, website, Instagram, and ad creatives across Jakarta, Singapore, and the wider region.

This hands-on role requires sharp visual taste and the ability to own a project from concept to final output, helping shape our identity as it scales, with a hybrid work setup and occasional WFO from our

Qualifications

• Experience in a Southeast Asian fashion brand or strong familiarity with the space.
• Strong visual taste with references beyond Indonesia and global fashion/design awareness.
• Skilled graphic designer who can art direct and style, not just execute.
• Comfortable owning a shoot day from start to finish.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing brand environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and eagerness to learn.
• Open to occasional weekend work around shoots and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly photoshoot concepts and moodboards, then run them on shoot day.

• Design ad creatives and upload basic Meta ads.

What You'll Do

• Develop monthly photoshoot concepts and moodboards, then run them on shoot day
• Lead campaign and catalogue image results alongside our photographer
• Design and edit graphics graphics for our Instagram feed and website
• Design ad creatives and upload basic Meta ads
• Research fashion, editorial, and design trends globally to keep our visual identity current and relevant beyond just the local market
• Keep creative assets organized and on-brand across all our channels and platforms

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a Southeast Asian fashion brand, or strong familiarity with the space
• Strong visual taste with references beyond Indonesia - someone who follows fashion and design globally
• Skilled graphic designer who can also art direct and style, not just execute
• Comfortable owning a shoot day start to finish
• Thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing brand environment
• Self-starter with sharp initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn
• Open to occasional weekend work around shoots and events

This role is currently hybrid with occasional WFO from our Grogol, West Jakarta office.
