Job summary

PT. Anugrah Inovasi Makmur Indonesia in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia is seeking a Creative Content Supervisor who will lead the content team and shape storytelling across social channels.

Responsibilities include developing creative content ideas, scripting with strong hooks and CTAs, supervising content quality before publishing, collaborating with Brand, Design, Video and Ads teams, and analyzing performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, DKV, film or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media content or creative marketing.
• Experience in leading and managing a creative/content team.
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Up-to-date with TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and digital trends.
• Understand audience behavior and content performance.
