Solve Employment is staffing a Crane Operator role for a client in the UAE. The operator will safely and precisely operate AT, RT, and Crawler cranes (50–280 tons) across Oil & Gas projects, following lift plans and safety standards.

Requires a valid crane operator certification, an active license, and at least five years of experience in the GCC or similar heavy industry. English communication is required, and a 45-year age limit applies in some cases.

Our client in the UAE needs a Crane Operator, and Solve Employment is handling the placement. You'll be trusted to safely and precisely operate heavy lifting equipment within demanding Oil & Gas operations across the GCC region.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a certified crane operator, you'll support lifting operations across Oil & Gas project sites.

Crane Operation: Operate AT, RT, and Crawler cranes (50–280 tons) safely and accurately according to lift plans.

Pre-Operation Checks: Inspect crane equipment before each use to confirm it meets safety and operational standards.

Coordination: Work closely with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to execute lifts smoothly.

Compliance: Follow all site safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.

Documentation: Maintain accurate operational logs in line with company and industry standards.

What We Expect

This role requires someone who is safety-focused, highly disciplined, and experienced in operating heavy lifting equipment within demanding Oil & Gas environments. You'll be expected to perform every lift with precision while complying with strict industry regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Certification: Holds a valid third-party crane operator certification and an active crane operator license required for the position.
• Education & Language: Minimum Senior High School (SMA) education with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience operating AT, RT, and Crawler cranes (50–280 tons) within the Oil & Gas industry across the GCC region.
• Technical Competency: Demonstrates strong knowledge of crane operations, load handling procedures, equipment inspections, and lifting safety practices.
• Safety Mindset: Maintains a proactive approach to workplace safety, follows lift plans accurately, and works effectively with riggers, signalers, and supervisors.
• Eligibility: Candidates must be no older than 45 years of age.
