Job summary

PT Trimitra Indoplast Mandiri, located in West Java, is seeking a Costing Staff to ensure accurate product costing and support pricing decisions. Responsibilities include preparing and calculating costs based on BOM and production requirements, analyzing variances between estimated and actual costs, maintaining costing

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in costing, cost accounting, or manufacturing preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of production costing, BOM, material usage, and cost components.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas and data analysis.

As a Costing Staff, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate product cost calculation and providing reliable data to support pricing decisions. You will work closely with the production, purchasing, and finance teams to analyze material usage, monitor cost efficiency, and maintain precise cost records for each product and project.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and calculate product and production costs accurately.

Calculate material, labor, overhead, and other production costs.

Prepare costing based on product specifications, BOM, and production requirements.

Analyze cost differences between estimated and actual production costs.

Maintain and update costing data, material prices, and cost-related records.

Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Finance, and related departments to ensure accurate costing data.

Prepare costing reports and provide supporting data for pricing and management decisions.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience in costing, cost accounting, or manufacturing is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of production costing, BOM, material usage, and cost components.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially formulas and data analysis.

Detail-oriented, analytical, accurate, and able to work with large amounts of data.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience in flexible packaging, plastic manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
