PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Cost Accountant to enhance financial control across FMCG and pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will audit BOMs, standard costs, PPV/MUV, and ensure accuracy of cost data in the ERP system.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 3 years in cost accounting, preferably in FMCG or pharma, strong Excel, IFRS knowledge, and experience in inventory reconciliation.
System & Inventory Audit: Perform transaction data extraction in ERP system, audit automated stock deduction (Backflush Audit), verify/reconcile daily Shop Orders (FMCG & Lens), and conduct periodic Cycle Counts for high-value warehouse items.
Variance Analysis & Cost Efficiency: Analyze daily and weekly Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and Material Usage Variance (MUV), as well as evaluate production yield, scrap, and financial losses from rejected lenses to recommend cost-efficiency improvements.
Standard Costing Management: Audit the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing data alongside PPIC and R&D teams, and update standard cost prices (VTP) in the system master module.
Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting: Execute monthly closing costing, WIP valuation, and inventory sub-ledger to General Ledger (GL) reconciliations. Prepare Monthly Segmented Profitability Reports (P&L per SKU) for FMCG and Lens business units
