PT Alpha Magsaysay International is seeking personnel for administrative duties onboard hospitals, primarily in the hospital setting, handling patient data, document uploads, and medical record archiving. The role may include translation support for medical teams in Costa Asia and during emergencies under the ship’s doctor guidance.

The position involves translation assistance during consultations and emergency calls, plus preparing follow-up visits when necessary, contributing to smooth ship

Qualificações

• Experience in hospital administrative tasks.
• Proficient data entry and document management.
• Familiarity with medical inventory and expiry checks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative work in the onboard hospital.
• Participate in maintaining hospital conditions for a smooth and efficient work process.
• The working area will primarily be situated in the hospital.
• Collect basic patient data and upload documents/invoices.
• Archive medical documentation and other hospital records.
• Check expiring date of the onboard inventory for medicines and sanitary materials.
• Translation support for medical team during consultations and emergencies.
• Provide translation assistance when medical emergencies occur outside the hospital as directed by the ship’s doctor.
• Prepare and follow-up consultation visits with translation assistance when necessary.

Specific duties only for Costa Asia:

• Translation support for medical team during the consultation and emergency call including the explanation for the administration of the drugs prescribed by the doctor;
• In case of a Medical Emergency experienced by passenger or crew elsewhere outside the Hospital, under the instruction of the Ship’s Doctor, to provide translation assistance;
• Preparation and follow-up consultation visits with translation assistance when necessary.
