Job summary

SchOTT's Bekasi-based team seeks a dedicated coordinator to drive the Project Cost Saving Idea program. You will prepare weekly meetings, validate new ideas, organize project leader discussions, and ensure timely reporting and incentive payments.

You will also promote the initiative and coordinate cross-functional updates across sites. The role requires a diploma or bachelor in accounting/finance, 2 years in manufacturing, and strong problem-solving abilities with Lean and ISO knowledge.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably majoring in accounting, finance or economics.
2 years' work experience in manufacturing industry.
Have a good knowledge of the suggestion system.
Able to analyze and problem solving (5 WHY analysis, RCA, fishbone, pareto, FMEA, PDCA & DMAIC).
Understanding basic principle of SCHOTT Lean Enterprise system.
Understand ISO 9001 and ISO 15378, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Responsibilities

To prepare weekly meeting Project Cost Saving Idea.
To process, validate, support new idea related to Project Cost Saving Idea.
To organize small meetings with each project leaders for approved projects.
To remind project leaders to stay active in the program.
To organize, maintain, update booth Project Cost Saving Idea.
To check and validate all ideas and savings received.
To promote or socialize Project Cost Saving Idea.
To prepare weekly report including minutes for each Project Cost Saving Idea status.
To ensure the incentive for savings created will be paid.
To coordinate cost saving program by arranging meetings with project teams.
To communicate the program with regular updates through banners and campaigns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To ensure monthly idea target is achieved.
To ensure Project Cost Saving Idea activity promotes properly.
To reject duplicate or previously submitted ideas.
To reject savings proposals if data is incorrect.
