Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a Cost Control and FP&A professional to support corporate and site operations in cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will coordinate insurance administration and ensure timely coverage placement, claim progress, and compliance with insurance requirements across the Group.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance-related field with at least 3 years in cost control, FP&A, or related areas, preferably in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale) in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in cost control, cost analysis, FP&A, or related field; insurance admin is a plus.
• Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or heavy industries preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto) and data visualization tools.
• Professional English proficiency; able to prepare financial reports and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with Corporate, Site Finance, Operations, Projects, Brokers, Insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Manager within the scope of the position.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable documentation for financial analysis and insurance administration.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, applicable regulations, and internal control requirements. Maintain confidentiality of financial, operational, and insurance-related information.
