Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) for menu and products.
• Update and maintain costing data in the ERP system.
• Update and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system.
• Calculate and analyze Gross Profit (GP) for menu items and promotional programs.
• Monitor costing and product-related data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare reports and analysis to support pricing, menu, and promotional decisions.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data and costing information are updated accurately.

Education
