Job summary

Bungasari is seeking a Costing Staff to join our Finance & Accounting team at the Head Office in Jakarta. The role focuses on cost analysis, inventory control, and CM reporting, with exposure to SAP and Excel. Fresh graduates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

The position is full-time at Jakarta Selatan, offering routine reporting duties and cross-department collaboration with SCM, Operations, and R&D. Strong analytical and deadline-driven skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; maximum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of accounting, costing, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily/monthly inventory, production, and costing reports.
• Prepare weekly standard cost and costing estimates for new products.
• Monitor inventory movement, stock opname, and variances across plants and depots.
• Prepare monthly Cost of Manufacturing (CM) reports, including Wheat Cost, Gristing, and Extraction.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and coordinate with related departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit processes and provide accurate costing, inventory, and production data.
• Coordinate with SCM, Warehouse, Operations, R&D, and other related departments.
