Job summary

JAC Recruitment represents a leading sports organisation in Indonesia seeking a Corporate Secretary - IPO Execution to ensure robust corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transparent communication with regulators, shareholders and investors.

The role oversees regulatory disclosures, supports General Meetings of Shareholders, leads IPO initiatives, and maintains relationships with OJK, BEI and capital market professionals while safeguarding the organisation's reputation and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Education, or related field.
• Certified Corporate Secretary qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) or FKSP.
• 10+ years of corporate secretarial or legal experience, including at least 5 years as a corporate secretary or deputy corporate secretary within the media, sports, or retail sector.
• Proven track record in managing the Initial Public Offering process and leading Good Corporate Governance transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in using OJK’s SPE and BEI’s IDXNet reporting platform.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and Indonesian Capital Market Law
• Manage relationships with regulators, shareholders, investors, and capital market professionals
• Support board governance, General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS), and broader corporate secretarial activities
• Oversee corporate disclosures, regulatory reporting obligations, and investor relations communications
• Lead IPO, corporate action, and strategic governance initiatives while protecting the organisation’s reputation and compliance standards

The Corporate Secretary - IPO Execution role offers an opportunity to join a leading sports organisation focused on empowering young talent through competitive sports. The position plays a key part in ensuring effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance while serving as the main point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including OJK, BEI, and shareholders. It also oversees transparent communication, timely regulatory disclosures, compliance with capital market regulations, and effective stakeholder relationship management.

• Strong expertise in using OJK’s Electronic Reporting System (SPE) and BEI’s IDXNet reporting platform
