Job summary

Marsh seeks a Client Manager – Corporate Segment in Surabaya to grow a portfolio of corporate P&C clients across Eastern Indonesia. You will build strong relationships and ensure service excellence for solid client retention and expansion.

The role calls for 3+ years in insurance brokerage, strong account management and business development skills, and travel within the region as needed. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within an insurance brokerage environment.
• Experience managing corporate Property & Casualty insurance portfolios is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Good understanding of corporate insurance products and the Indonesian market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate Property & Casualty clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent account management.
• Ensure timely renewal of policies and ongoing servicing to existing clients.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
