Job summary

Integrasia Innovation Center (Innocent) invites a Corporate Legal professional to join our Jakarta team. You will manage legal, corporate, and compliance matters, draft and negotiate commercial and IT contracts, and conduct due diligence to support business operations.

Ideal candidates have a law degree, at least one year in corporate legal work, and proficiency in English. You will work on-site at our South Jakarta office and liaise with government authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and eligible to practice in Indonesia.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Corporate Legal.
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts and due diligence.
• Familiar with OSS/RBA, AHU online system, and business licensing.
• Knowledge of PDP Law, ITE Law, and IT contracts is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work WFO at PT Integrasia Utama - Radio Dalam, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal, corporate, and compliance matters according to applicable regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial & IT contracts (SLA, SOW, software licensing, vendors).
• Conduct legal due diligence, research, and risk assessments to provide legal advice.
• Handle corporate secretarial tasks (Shareholders' meetings, Board of Directors meetings, AHU updates, notarial deeds).
• Support cross-functional business operations and manage legal documentation/contract archiving.
• Manage company licensing and registrations (OSS/RBA) and liaise with government authorities.
• Manage and protect the company's intellectual property assets (trademarks, copyrights).
• Handle disputes, claims, and litigation alongside external counsel.
