Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Corporate and Finance practice group covers the full range of corporate/M&A work. The team has broad experience of public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings and complex commercial arrangements, and both domestic UK and cross-border. The clients of the team span all industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Ability

• Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of the legal principles associated with the scope of work outlined above; proactively develops this knowledge further.
