Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. seeks a Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal and external communication programs aligned with brand positioning. You will manage media relations, press releases, stakeholder engagement, and social media content planning to support business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations, with strong Bahasa Indonesia and English writing skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Media Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in managing corporate communications within a large organization, retail group, FMCG, or multi-brand company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communication programs aligned with the company’s business objectives, corporate values, and brand positioning.
• Manage internal and external corporate communications, including company announcements, newsletters, press releases, corporate statements, and management communications.
• Support the development of corporate communication materials for management, employees, business partners, media, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate media relations activities, including media engagement, press conferences, interviews, media monitoring, and press releases.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, media outlets, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the company, its brands, management, and business activities.
• Manage the company’s corporate social media platforms, including content planning, content development, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain a corporate social media content calendar aligned with business priorities, corporate events, campaigns, and key company initiatives.
