Job summary

Emtek’s Corporate Communication team is looking for a creative professional to design visual content and short-form videos for our corporate social media channels, while organizing corporate-scale events with precision.

The role covers social media content creation, event planning, and support for PR campaigns. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in corporate comms or PR are preferred; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Visual/Design, Broadcasting/Film & Television, Marketing Communications, or Journalism.
• 1–2 years in corporate communication, PR, or social media; fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro/CapCut).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content and short-form videos for Emtek's corporate social channels.

Job Description

Social Media & Content Creation

• Design and produce engaging visual content and short-form video edits to strengthen digital presence and storytelling across Emtek's corporate social media channels
• Develop creative content concepts that align with the company's brand identity and tone of voice, while staying relevant to current communication trends

Events & Publications

• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external corporate events, from concept development through on-the-ground execution
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (vendors, internal teams, and external partners) to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression

Corporate Communication Support

• Support the implementation of group-wide internal communication strategies to ensure information is effectively delivered across all business units
• Contribute to the planning and execution of PR campaigns and corporate messaging to maintain and strengthen the company's reputation and public image

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Communication Science, Public Relations, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting/Film & Television, Marketing Communication, or Journalism
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in corporate communication, PR, or social media will be an advantageFresh graduates with a strong, relevant portfolio are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software)
• Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software)
