Emtek mengajak designer kreatif untuk bergabung dalam tim Corporate Communication. Peran ini fokus pada desain grafis, konten digital, dan video pendek yang memperkuat identitas perusahaan serta materi komunikasi dan publikasi korporat.

Anda akan menerjemahkan brief menjadi konsep visual, menjaga gaya merek, serta terlibat dalam perencanaan acara korporat. Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar, dengan pengalaman 1–2 tahun memberi keuntungan.

Qualifications

• Gelar minimal S1, lebih disukai Visual Communication Design atau bidang terkait.
• Sensibilitas desain yang tajam untuk storytelling visual dan konsistensi merek.
• Menguasai alat desain grafis seperti Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, dan alat pengedit video.

Responsibilities

• Desain & pembuatan konten grafis, konten digital, dan potongan video pendek untuk memperkuat kehadiran merek korporat Emtek.
• Terjemahkan brief menjadi konsep visual yang kuat sesuai identitas merek, tone, dan tujuan komunikasi.
• Kembangkan dan pertahankan gaya visual konsisten di materi komunikasi korporat.
• Pimpin kualitas visual dari konsep hingga output akhir, tetap up-to-date dengan tren desain.
• Rencanakan dan eksekusi acara korporat internal/eksternal, termasuk branding, materi, backdrop, presentasi, dan aset digital.
• Dukung publikasi korporat dengan fokus pada kualitas visual dan keseragaman merek.
• Dukung implementasi strategi komunikasi internal grup dan kampanye PR dengan materi visual yang tepat.

Tanggung jawab:

• Join Emtek's Corporate Communication team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and corporate presence of one of Indonesia's largest media and entertainment groups. This role is ideal for a creative and visually driven individual who can transform ideas and communication objectives into compelling visual content, while also supporting corporate communications and events.
• Job Description:
  • Design & Content Creation:
    • Design and produce visually compelling graphics, digital content, and short-form video edits that strengthen Emtek's brand presence across corporate social media channels
    • Translate ideas, briefs, and communication objectives into strong visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity, tone of voice, and communication goals
    • Develop and maintain consistent visual styles and design standards across corporate communication materials
    • Take ownership of the visual quality of content from concept development and initial design through final output
    • Stay updated on current design, content, and visual communication trends to bring fresh and relevant creative ideas to corporate communications
  • Events & Publications:
    • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external corporate events, from concept development through on-the-ground execution, including visual and design requirements such as event branding, collateral, backdrops, presentations, and digital assets
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including vendors, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure creative materials and event requirements are delivered according to brief, timeline, and brand standards
    • Support the development of corporate publications and communication materials with a strong focus on visual quality, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Corporate Communication Support:
    • Support the implementation of group-wide internal communication strategies to ensure information is delivered effectively and engagingly across all business units
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of PR campaigns and corporate messaging, ensuring visual materials effectively support the company's communication objectives and public image
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate corporate messages into clear, engaging, and visually impactful communication materials

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Visual Communication Design (DKV), or related fields
• Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for visual storytelling, layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar software
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Fresh graduates with a strong, relevant portfolio are highly encouraged to apply
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in graphic design, content creation, corporate communication, or PR will be an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Highly proactive with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
