Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Law, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate advisory, banking, or consulting.
• Experience in debt restructuring, financial recovery, or corporate transactions is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and commercial transactions.

Responsabilités

• Manage workstreams across corporate advisory projects including debt restructuring, fundraising, and M&A.
• Conduct business assessments, financial analysis, and due diligence.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and practical client solutions.
• Develop and implement project strategies under senior management guidance.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, prepare advisory reports, and assist in evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisers, and external consultants.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and confidentiality throughout execution.
