AIA is looking for a Core Architecture Specialist to act as the central architecture authority for the core insurance domain, defining standards, validating non-functional requirements, and guiding delivery teams to ensure solutions align with architectural designs.

Lead strategy and roadmaps, translate business needs into scalable designs, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping enterprise architecture practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technical/Information systems or related field.
• 10 years in IT with 3 years in solution architecture or system analysis.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead formulation of applications strategy and roadmap within core insurance domain.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs.
• Research and recommend technologies aligning with project goals and cost goals.
• Collaborate to estimate solution costs including infra, licensing, and services.
• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams and mentor junior staff.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose actionable solutions.
