Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a specialist to design, configure, and govern product and charging capabilities to ensure accurate monetization, flexible service offerings, and seamless integration across BSS and network domains.

The role will own end-to-end monetization flow from Product Catalogue to Order Management and charging execution, support testing activities, validate charging scenarios, and drive simplification to improve maintainability and efficiency.

Job Purpose :

To design, configure, and govern product and charging capabilities to ensure accurate monetization, flexible service offerings, and seamless integration across BSS and network domains, enabling faster time-to-market and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Charging Design & Configuration : Design & manage charging logic across prepaid/postpaid (OCS, billing), including rating, quota & policy


2. Product & VAS Enablement : Enable new products and value-added services (VAS) by aligning charging models with business offerings (bundles, add-ons, campaigns).


3. End-to-End Monetization Flow Ownership : Ensure consistency from product definition (Product Catalogue) → order orchestration (Order Management) → charging execution (OCS/Billing).


4. Testing, Validation & Deployment Support : Support SIT/UAT, validate charging (e.g., quota consumption, 5G use cases) &^ensure safe release.


5. Product Simplification & Charging Governance : Drive simplification of charging rules and product structures to improve maintainability and operational efficiency.
