Job summary

XL Smart career in Indonesia seeks a Revenue Assurance professional to lead pre-launch validation for new products and services. You will coordinate with Settlement, Accounting, Monitoring, and Fraud teams to ensure accurate charging, billing, and provisioning before launch.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail to identify risks and ensure controls are in place for successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, potential issues and risks.
• Experience in telecommunications or product testing is preferred.

• Conduct Revenue Assurance assessments for new products, services, system enhancements, and network changes prior to launch.
• Perform pre-launch testing and validation to ensure charging, billing, and provisioning accuracy, and coordinate with Settlement, Accounting, Monitoring, and Fraud teams to ensure reporting readiness and appropriate controls are in place before launch.
• Monitor testing progress, review findings, and ensure critical issues and control gaps are addressed before launch.
• Provide Revenue Assurance recommendations on launch readiness and drive continuous improvement of pre-launch processes.
