PT. BIA SENYUM SEHAT INDAH seeks an experienced Security Coordinator to supervise the clinic's on-site security operations. You will coordinate the security team, monitor access and CCTV, conduct patrols, handle incidents, and provide training to staff for readiness.
The role requires strong leadership, integrity and the ability to report daily and incident reports. Shifts include weekends and public holidays to ensure continuous protection of staff and patients.
Coordinate the security team in maintaining security within the clinic premises so that operational activities smoothly and in an orderly manner.
Monitoring the entry and exit of people, goods and vehicles to ensure there are no disturbances or security breaches.
Carry out routine patrols throughout the clinic premises to identify and prevent potential threats or security risks.
Handle and report security incidents in accordance with procedures to ensure they are dealt with promptly and appropriately.
To provide guidance, briefings and basic training to security staff in order to enhance their skills and readiness for work.
Coordinate with management on the prevention, control and management of emergencies to minimise the risk of loss.
Maintain good relations with external parties such as the police, village officials and local security guards to strengthen the clinic's security team.
Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on security activities and working conditions for evaluations for evaluation purposes.
Qualifications :
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Security, preferably with supervisory/coordinator experience.
Strong leadership, discipline, integrity, and responsibility.
Able to coordinate and supervise Security team & shift schedules.
Good understanding of CCTV, access control, patrol, emergency response, and fire safety.
Able to handle security incidents, complaints, and emergency situations calmly and professionally.
Good communication and coordination skills with patients, staff, management, and external parties.
Able to prepare daily reports and incident reports.
