Job summary

HideAway Beans & Booze in Ungasan is seeking a reliable full-time Cook to join our small Mexican-Western bar and restaurant, open from 6pm-2am, to help grow our food business.

The role requires experience in kitchens, ability to work evenings, good communication, and a willingness to follow recipes. Probation salary Rp 3,350,000 per month with review after probation; staff meals at cost; a friendly working environment; long-term opportunity.

Full-Time Cook – HideAway Beans & Booze (Ungasan)
HideAway is a small, friendly Mexican-Western bar & restaurant located in Ungasan, open from 6pm-2am. We are looking for a reliable full-time Cook to join our team and help us grow our food business.

This position is suited for someone who is experienced, responsible, and comfortable working independently in a small kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to our recipes

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Ensure all food is fresh, well-seasoned, and well-presented

Assist with basic prep and portioning

Work together with the bartender to coordinate orders

Monitor stock levels and report when supplies are needed

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Experience as a cook in restaurants, cafes, villas, or hotels

Able to work evening/night shift (6pm-2am), 6 days per week

Good communication and teamwork

Reliable, disciplined, and responsible

Able to follow recipes accurately

Lives near Ungasan is preferred

What We Offer:

Salary: Rp 3,350,000/month during 3-month probation

Salary review after probation (based on performance)
