What We're Looking For

• Maximum age of 35 years old.




• Proven experience managing multiple business lines, ideally within retail, pharmacy, clinics, healthcare, beauty, or related consumer service industries.




• Strong track record in managing multi-branch or multi-outlet operations.




• Demonstrated ability to standardize service delivery and maintain consistent operational quality across locations.




• Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.




• Experience managing operational performance, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives.




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
