Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer for the CGK AWS Control, Deployment and Service Team in Indonesia. The role focuses on deploying and supporting building automation systems, such as BMS and EPMS, across AWS data centers.

You will work with a cross-functional global team to ensure reliability, security, and performance while navigating a fast-paced cloud infrastructure environment. The role requires extensive experience in data center engineering and vendor management, with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center or critical environment experience.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy data center controls and manage vendors to ensure smooth PFHO hand-off.
• Deliver projects to upgrade data center automation and capacity.
• Provide service and support to partner teams, diagnosing LVS, LOR, LSE, CSE issues and other operational events.
• Meet predefined SLAs and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
