Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, implement, test, and support MES solutions within manufacturing operations in Jakarta. You will connect MES to ERP, work with PLC systems, and collaborate with IT, automation, and production teams to drive reliable, scalable automation deployments.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, hands-on MES experience, and strong software skills in .NET, Java, and SQL.

• Strong background in application development such as .NET, Java, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with system integration and industrial data exchange.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
• Experience with IIoT, SCADA, or industrial connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of validation processes in regulated industries.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

What You Will Do:
