Job summary

Zoetis in Indonesia seeks a hybrid-role accountant to support statutory and tax audits and monthly closing activities. The candidate will prepare data, coordinate with auditors, and work with the local team to ensure timely statutory reporting.

The role requires accounting and taxation knowledge, SAP experience, and experience in closing activities. Office in TB Simatupang with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and taxation knowledge are required.
• Experience in preparing data for tax audit and statutory audit.
• Experience with closing activities and monthly closing processes.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for statutory audit and coordinate with auditor and shared service.
• Coordinate with local team and prepare statutory reports and worksheets.
• Prepare data for tax audit including VAT and tax base reconciliations; coordinate with tax consultant.
• Coordinate with tax consultant and monitor litigation status.

Working arrangement

• 3 days working in office (in TB Simatupang)
• 2 days working remote basis

Support Statutory Audit

• prepare all necessary data
• communicate directly to auditor
• coordinate with share service
• coordinate with local team
• prepare statutory report
• prepare worksheet
• prepare draft Corporate tax and coordinate with consultant
• other necessary related task

Support Tax Audit & Litigation

• prepare all necessary data, including not limited to :
• Reconciliation VAT
• Reconciliation Tax Base WHT 23/4(2)
• Reconciliation Tax Base WHT 22
• communicate directly to tax consultant
• coordinate with local team
• other necessary related task
• Coordinate with Tax Consultant
• Monitoring Tax litigation status

Monthly Closing Activity

• post all JE closing
• post Tax JE closing
• Quarterly tax reporting
• monthly report A&P Usage
• monthly report Discount utilisation
• monitoring balance sheet and PL
• Monitoring Fixed Asset, including addition and disposal
