Job summary

INDICO, Telkomsel's subsidiary, seeks a QA professional to strengthen software quality across its three platforms. You will design automated tests, develop test plans, and execute both automated and manual testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

2+ years of QA experience.
Experience with API testing.
Experience with SQL queries.
Experience with Node.js.
Familiarity with BDD/Gherkin.
Experience with testing automation frameworks (Mocha, Chai, Jest).
Experience with API automation.
Experience testing AI/ML models.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML).

Responsibilities

Ensure software/product quality and functionalities meet business requirements and standards including functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop detailed test cases/scenarios based on business requirements
Design and develop automation of QA process and embed into the end-to-end SDLC
Prioritize to execute testing using automation over manual testing
Perform automated and manual testing
Create and maintain testing documentation
Perform debugging and track software bugs and defects
Collaborate in high ownership, value-driven teams with customer-first mindset
Take part in the entire cycle of platform delivery from ideation to launch
