Job summary

OPAC Barata seeks a seasoned contracts professional for its Onshore Seismic Acquisition project at the South Sumatera Site & Jakarta office. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of oil and gas experience, with strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and meticulous recordkeeping.

You will work with cross-functional teams, ensure legal compliance, and uphold high integrity while delivering contractual commitments on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration or Finance or Accounting or Management or related field
• Five (5) years of work experience in the *OIL AND GAS industry.
• Experience in contract administration, negotiation, and management.
• Posses knowledge of legal requirements and compliance standards
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting contract terms and conditions
• Posses strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records
• Demonstrated leadership and professionalism.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
