Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking a Content Creator lead to manage a team of content creators, develop scripts aligned with current trends, and promote the brand's messaging.

You will collaborate with Brand Director, E-commerce and Creative teams, oversee publishing with strong copywriting, CTAs, and high creativity, ensuring content stays on brand and drives sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications/PR/Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as Social Media Specialist or Content Creator.
• Advanced writing and editing skills, especially content creation processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and trend awareness.
• Knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of content creators and overseeing content creation for the brand.
• Create content scripts for execution based on current trends and align with brand communication and promotion.
• Monitor brand results, sentiment, and competitor ideas for improvements and new content ideas.
• Write, edit, and publish content with strong copywriting, CTAs, and high-level creativity.
• Work closely with Brand Director, E-commerce team, Creative Team, and related positions aligning with marketing and sales objectives.
• Collaborate with team to create and update content based on brand needs.

• Willing to be placed at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta with full WFO work mechanism (Mon-Fri).

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST (Graduate from Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Business, or related fields). With relevant experience, as Social Media Specialist or Content Creator for at least 3-5 years in a relevant industry.
• Advanced writing and editing skills especially content-creating process and execution.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas, and detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, ads booster.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and management skills also having the ability to solve problems swiftly
