Job summary

PT First Properti Abadi is seeking a content creator to develop and produce engaging video content for villas and properties. You’ll craft content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels, including reels, tours, and promotional clips.

The role requires production skills, storytelling ability, and a proactive mindset to plan and execute weekly content calendars while staying on top of social media trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, property, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong skills in photography and videography.
• Familiar with social platforms and trends; ability to craft engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Create video content for villas, properties, and facilities.
• Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create Reels, TikTok videos, property tours, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content ideas.
• Handle basic video editing and post‑production.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
• Monitor trends, performance, and engagement; adjust strategy.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and property promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive villa bookings and property sales.
• Combine creative production with marketing thinking from concept to publish to analyze and improve.

Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging content ideas.

Good communication and storytelling skills.

Willing to travel to villa/property locations for content production.

Portfolio is required.
