ERHA Clinic is seeking a Content Manager to lead our integrated digital ecosystem—from paid media and social to community and KOL management—driving brand awareness and measurable growth.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, oversee multi-platform content production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in content-related roles with 2+ years in a managerial position.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or dermatology is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights for optimization.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and multi-platform content development.
• Leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Passion for digital content, brand storytelling and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and audience insights.
• Plan, produce, and manage content across digital platforms (website, social, email, in-app).
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end content production including briefing, scriptwriting, copywriting, and QA.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Creative, Social Media, and Performance teams for alignment.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice and storytelling.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Manage content calendars for campaigns and BAU activities.
• Work with agencies and external partners to enhance content quality.
• Manage budget allocations for content production.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to support business initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, creative, high-performing content team culture.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and target audience insights.
• Plan, produce, and manage high-quality content across digital platforms (website, social media, email, in-app, campaign assets).
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to identify content opportunities that strengthen engagement and support brand goals.
• Lead end-to-end content production including briefing, storyline development, scriptwriting, copywriting, visual direction, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Creative, Social Media, Performance) to ensure content consistency and alignment across all channels.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and enhances brand storytelling and messaging.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions), and recommend improvements.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns and BAU activities.
• Work with agencies, creators, and external partners as needed to enhance content quality and output.
• Manage budget allocations for content production to ensure efficiency and optimal results.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives through impactful content.
• Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing content team culture.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content-related roles (content strategy, content creation, editorial, creative), with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Strong experience in the beauty, skincare, or dermatology industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights for content optimization.
• Proven skills in storytelling, copywriting, conceptualization, and multi-platform content development.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Passion for digital content, brand storytelling, and staying ahead of consumer and industry trends.
