Job summary

Indonesia Premium Goods (IPG) is seeking a Content Creator & Talent Staff to develop and execute engaging content for our brands Elvicto and Onix. You will represent the brands across TikTok and Instagram, crafting authentic, entertaining content as a brand face and collaborator with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on creating weekly content plans, shooting and editing for multiple formats, and aligning with brand identities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in content creation, social media, digital trends, and creative storytelling.
• Comfortable acting as a brand talent and one of the faces of Elvicto and Onix.
• Able to represent Elvicto with a masculine, mature, and confident presence while bringing a fun, energetic, and distinctive manly personality to Onix.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly content plans aligned with brand, campaign, and social media objectives.
• Act as a brand talent and appear in content across TikTok and Instagram, including Reels, Stories, feed posts, images, and videos.
• Develop, execute, and adapt creative content concepts that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with each brand's identity.
• Create derivative content ideas from campaigns to maximize content reach, engagement, volume, and consistency.
• Shoot and edit image and video content based on platform requirements, current trends, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Design, Ads, Brand, and Marketing teams throughout the content creation, production, and publishing process.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute weekly and monthly content plans aligned with brand, campaign, and social media objectives.

Act as a brand talent and appear in content across TikTok and Instagram, including Reels, Stories, feed posts, images, and videos.

Develop, execute, and adapt creative content concepts that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with each brand's identity.

Create derivative content ideas from campaigns to maximize content reach, engagement, volume, and consistency.

Shoot and edit image and video content based on platform requirements, current trends, and brand guidelines.

Active user of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, with a good understanding of current content trends and audience behavior.

Have basic skills in photography, videography, visual storytelling, and social media content production, with familiarity in image and video editing tools.

Creative, proactive, adaptable, open to feedback, and able to translate ideas into engaging content while working effectively under deadlines.
